Management Partners

Frank Marzano
With over twenty three years experience in IT, Frank possesses diverse experience covering software
development, testing and support as well as design optimisation of large scale UNIX/ORACLE/Windows systems. He has held a number of roles in itree from technical design through to project manager and currently managing director. Frank enjoys a consultative and partnership style of account management.

Qualifications
• Associate Diploma Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering Certificate

David Pierce
David has over 15 years of IT experience and was a founder of itree with the goal to create a software development company that consistently delivers robust solutions to the full satisfaction of end users and operational staff alike. David has a natural ability to communicate at both management and technical levels adding immediate value in mapping out a technical outcome.

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Computer Engineering, 1st Class Honours (University of Auckland)
• Master of Engineering, Honours (University of Wollongong)

Hengki Widjaja
Hengki has comprehensive experience in delivering large-scale real-time Java based development projects. With in-depth knowledge of a broad-cross-section of technologies including Java, J2EE, wireless and spatial GIS, Hengki specialises in application framework and real-time systems. A specialist in the 3-tier J2EE framework. Hengki has worked on multiple real time systems for the RTA involving interfaces with camera systems and a Spatial GIS. His technical expertise has ensured the success of each of these projects.
Hengki’s key strength is his focus on business requirements, project deadlines and the mentoring of team members to achieve the required outcome.

Qualifications
• Master of Computer Science, Computer Security, University of Wollongong (Dean’s Merit List)
• Oracle Certified Professional

Mark Ferguson
Mark has been working in the IT industry for more than 30 years and has gained extensive team establishment, commercial, program and stakeholder management experience, working with large Corporate and Government customers. At itree Mark's responsibilities include strengthening the Commercial and Human Resource processes in addition to the Program Management methodologies
Mark’s depth of corporate IT experience will augment itree's management of current growth to best deliver the highest quality service to all itree customers.

Qualifications
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and General Management
• Specialist qualifications in Workplace Assessment, ITIL and PRINCE2.
